The TX Carbon is the lightest thing we make: a full carbon-fibre frame at 15.5 kg, a quiet BAFANG motor and a folded size that goes anywhere. Made for those who carry their bike as often as they ride it.
A full carbon-fibre frame brings the weight down to 15.5 kg — the lightest folding bike in our line. You lift it effortlessly onto the train, camper or up the stairs, and the stiffness of carbon gives a surprisingly stable, direct ride at the same time.
The 250W rear-wheel motor from top brand BAFANG gives natural assistance in any situation — into the wind or up a hill. Combined with seven Shimano gears and disc brakes, you ride and brake smoothly, quietly and confidently.
The removable 36V Li-ion battery is light and durable, taking you 30–40 km — more than enough for the ride to the station and back. Secured with a lock, and the charger is included.
On the handlebar you control the assistance via the backlit LCD display: speed, distance and battery use always visible, and with one press you operate the LED lighting. Assistance stops at 25 km/h, in line with the EU directive for electric bikes.
Finally a folding bike I really can lift onto the train with one hand. The carbon makes such a difference.
